Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days after processing and Katy Perry Collections does not ship on weekends or holidays. Please note ground orders will take 1-3 business days to process.

WHEN WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. If any adjustment or cancellation takes place against your order, a refund will be issued immediately and will take 3-5 days to be posted back to your credit card.

WHY DID YOU CALL OR E-MAIL ME TO VERIFY MY ORDER?

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Due to our quick processing time, we are unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted.
